Tiny house bathroom ideas might fall to the bottom of the list when planning a tiny space. But I love a hot soak after a trail run, so designing a bathroom with space for a bathtub was at the top of my list. Fun fact… the first builder I worked with told me that having a bathtub was going to be a huge waste of space and that I definitely should go with a shower. Needless to say, I found another builder! When you design a space this small, it’s crucial that all of the elements YOU want and need will fit in the space. Let me show you some of the tiny house bathroom ideas that make my own bathroom feel lighter, brighter and of course… luxurious!

1. Horse Trough Soaker Tub
This simple horse trough is the PERFECT little soaker tub for a tiny farmhouse bathroom. The dimensions are 2x2x4 so it tucked right into the available space. This little tub also retains heat for a very long time (and I take hour long baths!), I love the farmhouse aesthetic it brings to my home, AND you can find one for around $100-150 at an outdoor or farm supply store!
MUST HAVES: Bath caddy to hold your candles. This is the style I have! Also people ask for this constantly: These are my shower curtains (get 2 for an oval tub like mine)! #ad
2. Mirrored Medicine Cabinet
A bathroom is the smallest space in most homes, so it helps to brighten it up as much as possible. My large Kohler medicine cabinet holds ALL of my toiletries AND reflects so much light into the space.
My size is sold out, but try this one! My bathroom has a ton of natural light. If you need the extra light, consider a lighted mirrored medicine cabinet. #ad
3. Champagne Bronze Hardware
As Sarah Jessica Parker would say… Hello Lover! I loved the gold hardware trend going around, but some of them can seem a little fake and yellowy. I found the perfect ones in this champagne bronze shade at Home Depot. They give a little touch of vintage glamour to every drawer and cabinet door in my home! These are the drawer pulls I have and these are the round knobs that I am obsessed with!
4. Built-In Dresser
Storage is the biggest luxury in a tiny house and this custom dresser drawer system just goes to show that you CAN live in a tiny house with more than 5 t-shirts! Because these drawers are so deep, it got messy pretty quick so I measured the space and found the perfect little organizers to stack and separate all of my clothes. Measure your space first, but something foldable like this is great! If you have no budget for organizers… old shoe boxes are also a great solution! #ad
5. White Shiplap
Light and bright is the name of the game in a small space. White shiplap walls AND ceiling really make this little space feel enormous. If you can’t decide on a cabinet color just stick with white! White gives you room to change your color scheme with towels or shower curtain if you get tired of your look.
6. Washer/Dryer Combo
Having this little workhorse inside the bathroom is so handy! PRO TIP: Make sure you get one that is vented. If not, your clothes will never dry! I have this Splendide one and love that it goes straight from wash to dry without having to change any settings. Just throw your dirty clothes straight into the washer when you shower and easily put clothes away in the storage drawers right across from it! #ad
